TOP TIPS

Ice cream man

Tip #1
State the obvious - let people know that you sell ice cream.
Show customers and passers-by that you sell ice cream by displaying point of sale items, like pavement signs, flags and window stickers outside your store.

Tip #2
Easy does it - take the guesswork out of finding your cabinet.
Place your cabinet in a visible position within your store, ideally amongst other Impulse products. Draw attention to it with indoor point of sale, such as freezer display boards, basket labels and cabinet stickers.

Tip #3
Go with what works - stock the best selling products.
Stick with flavours that have a high rate of sale so that you don't have poor selling lines clogging up you cabinet. Wall's makes 14 of the top 20 best selling products in the market!*

Tip #4
Think clean and big - especially when it comes to your cabinet.
Make sure your cabinet is always full - this makes it more appealing and ensures you don't miss out on sales by not having the right products in stock. Regularly clean and defrost your cabinet to attract more customers and to reduce the running costs of your freezer.
