A well organised freezer can improve your sales. If you're using an eighteen basket freezer, the diagram below illustrates how we recommend you to arrange your cabinet. Our planograms are designed to ensure that you are stocking the best selling and most profitable ice creams possible in your cabinet.

These are suggested plans based on best selling products (IRI Value Sales data Jan-Sept 2007) and projected sales of new products in the market.

The choice of what to stock is yours. However please note that if you have a freezer supplied directly by Wall’s, under the terms for supply of the Refrigeration, you are required to reserve at least 50% for the display of Wall’s products.
